So if you have any other network adapters installed like hamachi and tunngle or TAP diable them and far cry 3 multiplayer will work. My assumption is uplay either uses the wrong network adapter or blocks having anyother network adapter if enabled. Restricted profile is probably someone on a family account that needs to have the account holder go into family settings and click "allow" M-rated or all games. I had to do this before I could play MP in FC3.
