🎇 Is Samsung S6 Lite Good For Note Taking

TLDR: Deciding between Tab S6 and Tab S6 Lite for school. Plan to use it for three years. Which is more durable? Main: I am thinking of getting a Tab S6 or Tab S6 Lite for notetaking and some documents (Google Docs, Slides, etc). Both tablets are good for my usage, but I have a question regarding the longetivity. Here the entry-level iPad has the upper hand on the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Samsung has gone with a 10.4-inch 1200x2000px LCD with a 5:3 ratio. It has thin bezels and delivers adequate sharpness but Oh but the 2022 version is like 80HP. lenovo p11 plus might also be an option. the helio g90t is a bit faster than the 2022 s6 lite. the software is less bloaty than samsungs. you get less updates though (one version). or get the xiaomi pad 5 with its snapdragon 860 which has the power of the tab s7 and costs 3-400€. For my purpose above, I've yet to found a way to quickly copy / printscreen snippets from website or PDF into OneNote easily despite using the split screen view. The note taking app is fine, but the tablet is soon to be on outdated hardware, with very minimal RAM. All of that is important because when you're notetaking from a video that youre watching at the same time, the tablet starts to lag, and it will only get worse as technology improves and gets S7 FE 128GB. That 12.4 inch screen is a godsend for taking notes. The things you want from a tab is done better with a bigger screen. I suggest looking at Tab S7 FE 6/128 GB wifi version for best results. If you're on the budget, you can try using Tab S6 Lite and return it in case of disappointment. The S6 lite is a perfect size for portability. It was comfortable holding to read comics and watch Netflix. The S7 plus is gargantuan compared to it and is not as comfortable to use when holding it for comics but the better screen makes up for it. A bit laggy, but that's expected at this price. while the samsung K B does a really good job recognizing handwritting, mine is very bad, I wish I could "train" it. If you have any suggestions I'll try to record something. Else I'll see about using the Tab to record and see how it turns out. S pen is free, Samsung notes is free, while apple pencil and good notes ( the famous note taking app for ios) is not. From my personal experience with S6 lite 2020 version, I use it mainly for pdf reading, note taking, some zoom meeting and MS office. For annotating PDF simply and easily Xodo is great. Other options that I go back to sometimes include inkcredible pro, onenote, squid, and noteshelf. Try them out and see what you like.
