I am having the same problem with the wheel not turning in game but it registers that there is turning input movement in the settings. Have tried having the wheel connected before starting game, after starting game, restarting game, changing usb ports, restarting GHUB, and even reinstalling the game. Don’t race ACC with controller. You pollute online races. Please, get an used steering wheel like Logitech driving force GT or TM t150. LOL, nice gatekeeping :D Xbox controller works fine. Sadly sim elitism is toxic in ACC and other sims. ACC is normal console game not a simulator. Play how you want. Then you calibrate and configure your wheel in LGS. THEN you start AC and you do the basic wheel calibration wizard. Then you race. It's not as simple as just connecting your wheel via USB and starting AC. it's not just plug and play you have to do things in the right order. .
